EB-3 Process
-
1. Recruit & Pre-Screen Nurses
We source qualified international RNs and verify clinical experience, English proficiency, background checks, and overall U.S. readiness.
-
2. Credentialing & NCLEX / VisaScreen Preparation
We guide nurses through NCLEX, credential evaluations, VisaScreen, and required healthcare documentation to ensure full compliance.
-
3. Hospital Selection & Job Offer
Your hospital reviews candidates, conducts interviews if desired, and issues an offer. We handle the employment onboarding process.
-
4. Onboarding & Agency Employment
Nurses become W-2 employees of our staffing agency. We manage payroll, taxes, benefits, and workers’ compensation — all administrative burdens are handled by us.
-
5. Attorney-Led EB-3 Filing
Our immigration attorney files the I-140 petition and manages all EB-3 documentation, compliance steps, and USCIS communication.
-
6. Consular Processing & Visa Approval
We prepare nurses for embassy interviews, medical exams, DS-260 requirements, and travel logistics until the EB-3 visa is approved.
-
7. Arrival, Integration & Transition to Permanent Employment
We coordinate relocation, first-day orientation, and integration into your unit. After EB-3 approval, nurses may transition into permanent hospital employees.
